The brand Simbollist recognizes the importance of your personal information. In this text we explain what kind of personal information we collect from our customers, webpage visitors and other users of our Services (we will use the word “users”), why we collect it, how we use it and with whom we share it. This Privacy Policy refers to all interactions with the brand Simbollist (visiting and buying on our webpage/online shop, visiting and interacting on our social media pages).
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

You may be charged a certain fee for this information, as we will need extra time and effort to provide you with a document with this information.
Right to request correction or erasure
You are entitled to ask us to correct any information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. In that case, we may need to verify the accuracy and validity of the new information provided by you.
You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal information. We will notify you as to whether and to what extent we are able to comply with this request. In some cases, we may not be able to comply with your request and we will provide you with the reasons for that.
Right to object to the processing of your personal information
We may process your personal information for purposes such as advertising, marketing or other purposes of our legitimate interest. You are entitled to object to your personal information being processed for such purposes. You can unsubscribe from receiving emails that contain marketing content or a newsletter by following the instructions at the bottom of our emails and by clicking the “Unsubscribe” hyperlink.
Even if you opt out of receiving emails with marketing content from us, we will still send you necessary emails, such as your order confirmations, shipping confirmations and other emails connected to your purchase.
If you do not want any information about your behaviour at our website to be collected and processed, you can opt out of the web analytics data.
Please note that if you choose not to provide certain personal information, you may not be able to order our products and/or access our services. We may not be able to answer your questions via email, you will not be able to purchase an order, we will not be able to send you special offer notifications or other promotional materials, etc.

We ensure appropriate security measures during transition of your personal information and once received and stored. Sensitive information about you, such as credit card information, is encrypted using Secure Layer Technology (SSL). Transmission of information via the Internet is not 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal information but we cannot guarantee the safety of your data transmission to our site. Any transmission of your personal data is at your own risk.
Third party websites and platforms
Sometimes our Services may contain links to websites and online Services of other organisations and brands (third parties). We are not responsible for privacy protection on third party sites. To achieve appropriate privacy settings, you have to read the privacy policy on each third-party site or service.
Social networks
Our website enables you to visit our pages on various social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter. When you choose to interact with a Simbollist page/profile on different social networks, your activity on our website will also be made available to social networks. If you are interacting with one of our social network plugins, this information will be transferred to the social network site. To avoid such a data transfer, please log out of your social network profile before visiting our website or other Services.
We have no control over/responsibility for data collection and data transfer via the social plugins. We recommend reading their own privacy policies that are available on their websites.
